If you are unable to access the mastering preview, it is typically due to a browser cache issue, an incompatible file format, or a specific account setting that bypasses the preview step.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Clear your cache and restart your browser. Local data can sometimes interfere with the mastering engine's interface.
- Check your file specifications. Ensure your file meets LANDR's upload guidelines.
- Re-upload the file. If an upload becomes corrupt, the preview will not generate. Cancel the current master, delete the file from your library, and upload the original file again.
- Check your Mastering Preferences. If you have Mastering Preferences enabled, the system will apply your saved settings and skip the preview stage entirely to save time. You can toggle this off in your library settings if you want to hear the preview before mastering.
