Make sure you’re logged in with the account that you mastered your track with. You might have more than one LANDR account (it’s easy to forget), which gets confusing.
If you’re logged in with the right account, it’s possible that there was a timeout when you mastered your track that stopped it from being completed. When this happens and you’ve paid for that individual master, your credit is still free for you to use.
To finish mastering your track, please follow the steps below:
- If your track has a "Preview Ready" badge, open the preview from the tray at the bottom of your library.
If you've cleared the tray; no worries. Click the "Master" button on your track, and the preview will re-open.
- Inside the preview, confirm your desired Style and Loudness settings.
After choosing your Style and Loudness, click "Create Master"
- You can dismiss any sale offers by clicking "Skip for now" at this step.
- Next, select your desired format. Since you've already purchased a mastering credit, you'll see your available credit shown in the format step.
Once you've completed these steps, the engine will render the final master to your library, where it can then be downloaded.
If your track does not have a "Preview Ready" badge, simply click the "Master" button on your track to get started.
