Then, please follow these troubleshooting tips:
- First clear your cache, restart your browser and try again.
- Make sure you're using the latest version of your browser.
- Disable any browser plug-ins or extensions that might be interfering with JavaScript (i.e. the AdBlock extension).
- Double check your network connection. If you're connected to the internet using a wireless card, make sure your connection isn't dropping intermittently.
- Try temporarily disabling your firewall or configuring it to allow LANDR as a trusted site. You may have an anti-virus software on your computer that has a built-in firewall.
