How do I report copyright infringement to LANDR Distribution?

If you have found content being distributed by LANDR that infringes upon your copyright, we suggest getting in direct contact with the content owner whose work you have found to be infringing in order to resolve the issue as a first step.

Please note that we cannot take direct action on takedown requests unless the content owner reaches out to us.

If you cannot contact the owner or if it is not possible to come to a resolution with them, you have the option of filing takedown requests with the platforms and stores themselves, including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube

You can also file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown request.
When filling out a DMCA request, you’ll need to provide the following information:

  • Where is the infringing content?
  • Where was it copied from?
  • Your information (First and last name, company name (if applicable) and your email address)
  • Detailed description of the infringement that took place. Try to include as much information as possible when filling out the description.
