Verifying High Profile Artists and Collaborators

If you submit a release featuring an artist that LANDR considers to be high-profile, you may be asked to provide additional verification. This helps us protect artists and ensure that everyone credited on a release is properly represented and authorized.


Methods for Verification: 

  • Option 1: Direct message to our official Instagram or Twitter account:

You can have the artist send a DM from one of their official social media accounts to our official Twitter account or Instagram account, and include the UPC of the release. This is a quick and easy way to verify the collaboration! 

  • Option 2: Collaboration Agreement 

You can provide a collaboration agreement between yourself and the high profile artist. Please ensure that your contract contains the following: 

  • Legal names and artist names of both parties
  • The date of the collaboration
  • The name of the track(s)
  • The express permission to distribute the release to streaming platforms and/or social media platforms
  • The signatures of both parties
