Filling out your LANDR submission form
If you’ve delivered a release with LANDR before, our Smart Release form can use information from your previous releases to provide Smart Suggestions, so you don’t have to manually enter the same credits again.
Simply enter your primary artist name, and the Smart Release Wizard will suggest relevant information from your previous releases. You can review and edit any of the suggested information before submitting your release.
If you’re submitting your first release with LANDR, some information you’ve already provided will automatically populate in the release form. You’ll need to manually enter any remaining information before submitting.
Using the Release Assistant
During the submission process, you may receive tips, warnings, or contextual guidance in the assistance panel on the right side of your screen. Follow these tips to avoid delays or pushbacks.
The release assistant can also answer questions you may have while you build your release.
Ex:
- "Why is this greyed out?”
- "I don't understand this field"
- “What is the difference between Master Recording Owner and Composition Owner?”
Reviewing your release
Once all required fields are filled out, the Release Assistant will shift into review mode. If there are any errors or warnings, they will be presented to you one at a time.
Simply click on the error message, and you will be brought to the problematic field, highlighting the issue. If you’re not sure what to do to fix the issue, you can ask the Release Assistant, and it will guide you through the correct steps.
Once all errors are corrected, your release is ready to be submitted.
