My Camera is Not Working / Connected in LANDR Sessions

Troubleshooting Camera Issues in LANDR Sessions

If you're seeing an error in LANDR Sessions stating that your camera is connected to another application, but no other apps appear to be using it, follow these troubleshooting steps for Windows and macOS.

General Fixes for Both Windows & macOS

  1. Close Background Applications

    • Ensure no other apps (Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) are using the camera.

    • Check your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) for any open tabs using the camera.

  2. Restart LANDR Sessions

    • Fully quit the application and reopen it to refresh camera access.
