Your product redeem code will act as your proof of purchase or giveaway from third party partners of LANDR products. This 15-digit code gives you access to your product installers and license keys.
Your redeem code is usually sent by email but this may differ depending on your partner, such as your partner's access portal.
In order to redeem your code, follow these steps:
- Log in or create your LANDR account. An account is required to access your product installers and license keys.
- Once logged in, click on your avatar at the top right hand side of the screen > My Plugins > + Redeem Product

Enter the redeem code when prompted
- Once successfully redeemed you can install your product. Should your product require installation and activation, see instructions here. You can always view your installers and license keys from your account's plugins page.
If you’re having trouble redeeming your code check the following:
- That you’ve entered the code correctly
- That you’re using the correct redemption code that corresponds to the correct product
