Yes, you can release your music on Beatport with LANDR if you meet a few requirements, including having a qualifying subscription, at least one live release, and an established artist presence. You’ll also need to apply for Beatport distribution approval through LANDR.
What is Beatport?
Beatport is the world’s leading platform for DJs and fans of electronic and dance music. It offers the largest global catalog of professionally curated tracks in these genres, making it an essential destination for artists in the scene.
How Beatport releases work with LANDR
Beatport only accepts releases from approved labels. Because of this, when you distribute through LANDR, the label name you provide will be replaced with "LANDR-Self Released" for Beatport only. Your original label name will still appear on all other platforms.
To be eligible for Beatport distribution, you’ll need:
- A LANDR account
- A Distribution Pro Yearly, Studio Standard Yearly, or Studio Pro Yearly subscription
- At least one live release through LANDR
- A growing or established audience as an artist
To apply:
Complete the short application form, which will ask for:
- Your Spotify artist profile
- Your Beatport profile (if you already have one)
LANDR will review your application and notify you by email if you’re approved for Beatport distribution.
Once approved:
