Please note that the LANDR Support team is available Monday to Friday (9am-5pm EST), and limited hours on weekends. We do our best to get back to you as soon as we can. Depending on your request, it may take 3-5 business days for a response.
Brief us on the issue you're having, and if you haven't already, please include the following:
- Your LANDR login email
- If you’re having any kind of technical issue with the site, please include your browser and operating system.
- If you’re having uploading issues, please include your file size and type/format, and the name of your track.
- If you’re contacting us about one of your tracks, please include the name of your track and the date it was mastered on.
- If you're writing to us about one of your releases, please include the 12-digit UPC code.
