Since your e-mail provider probably uses some type of filtering, we suggest adding LANDR to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book -- Also known as "Whitelisting"
If you can't find any emails from LANDR in your inbox, they may have been mistakenly sent to your spam folder.
Here's how to fix this:
- Open your spam folder, look for an email sent by LANDR, open it and mark it as "Not spam".
- NEXT: Click your provider below to Whitelist firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, if LANDR is being filtered, try adding email@example.com to your Address Book or Contact list.
If messages continue to be sent to your junk folder contact your ISP or spam filter application support and ask how to whitelist firstname.lastname@example.org.
