This is quite a common issue, no matter what distributor you use. Not to worry though, we will contact the store directly so they can fix this for you.
When submitting a request, select that you are writing in about your release, and select 'Artist separation request or spelling mistake in stores'.
You will be able to select multiple stores at once, and if the store in question is not in the list, you can select 'Other'.
Make sure to complete all of the necessary information in order for us to be able to send it to the stores.
The stores get thousands of requests like this every day, so it could take a few business days for changes to appear.
