Why won’t my track upload?

First, check out our upload guidelines and make sure you haven’t missed anything.

Then, please follow these troubleshooting tips:

  1. First clear your cache, restart your browser and try again.
  2. Make sure you're using the latest version of your browser.
  3. Disable any browser plug-ins or extensions that might be interfering with JavaScript (i.e. the AdBlock extension).
  4. Double check your network connection. If you're connected to the internet using a wireless card, make sure your connection isn't dropping intermittently.
  5. Try temporarily disabling your firewall or configuring it to allow LANDR as a trusted site. You may have an anti-virus software on your computer that has a built-in firewall.
