Make sure you’re logged in with the account that you mastered your track with. You might have more than one LANDR account (it’s easy to forget), which gets confusing.
If you’re logged in with the right account, it’s possible that there was a timeout when you mastered your track that stopped it from being completed. When this happens and you’ve paid for that individual master, your credit is still free for you to use. Just upload your file again and you’ll see the format you originally chose as FREE.
