If you decide to stop paying for your LANDR Release plan, your releases will be paused unless you subscribe to another plan that supports releasing for the number of the tracks you want to keep live.
If we have trouble processing your subscription payment, don’t worry!
Your tracks stay live for the 10 days where we try to process your payment, so you’ve got time to re-subscribe and keep your tracks up in stores.
During this period, we suggest you update your payment information if necessary.
If everything is fine with your payment method, read about other issues that can cause payments to fail to see what might be going on.
